3. Payments & Billing
   All fees for services must be paid in full prior to campaign launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as outlined at checkout.
   • All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise.
   • Services are non-refundable once campaigns begin, unless we fail to deliver on core service promises.
   • Subscriptions or recurring campaigns can be canceled with 5 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
4. User Responsibilities
   You are responsible for:

   • Ensuring your website or social media profiles are active and accessible during campaigns
   • Complying with local and platform-specific policies (e.g., Google, YouTube, Facebook)

   Grow Your Reach is not responsible for account bans, removals, or suspensions due to violations of external platform policies unrelated to our services.
